o Communication with parishioners about the public services that the village benefits from, and liaising with the District and County Councillors as appropriate.
o Liaising with the community and District Council on planning matters.
o Management and maintenance of Parish Council owned community facilities.
o Preparing agendas and taking minutes of Parish Council meetings.
o Supervising 2-3 part time staff.
o Working with councillors in preparation of an annual budget.
o Overseeing the processing of invoices and salaries and liaising with auditors as necessary (which is currently contracted out to a local bookkeeper).
