This is a Community Benefit Society that was set up by the Parish Council in line with the Localism Act 2011. This legislation provides the basis for local councils or community groups to do things for a commercial purpose that are of community benefit such as a local shop, a village pub, affordable housing or an open space.

T​here are currently three Directors, two parish councillors (the Chair and Vice-Chair) and one parishioner. The Clerk to the Parish Council acts as the Secretary to the CLT.
