Safer routes to the station PLEASE RESPOND TO THE CONSULTATION

Please support this by responding to the HCC consultation on the LCWIP (Local Walking & Cycling Infrastructure Plan) by 7 November.

Included in the HCC draft plan are improvements for the Ashwell to the Station route for walking and cycling. This is defined as a ‘priority route’ but needs ongoing public support to achieve further action.

Improvement works, particularly a new section of pathway by the county boundary, is needed. The Parish Council and local stakeholders will continue to engage with HCC/NHC and local landowners to achieve this.

Please complete the Survey by 7 November and stress the importance of the Ashwell to Station route in Q4 and Q5.
