Pre-application information
Land at Hunts Close (North of Ashwell Street between the Ruddery and Lucas Lane)
The Parish Council has received a pre-application communication from the agent acting for Manor Oak Homes. They are to attend the December council meeting to present further information and there will be an opportunity to ask them questions. As is the usual practice at this pre-application stage the Parish Council has said that they would be pleased to receive information so that they can then publicize this to parishioners but that they will not be entering into any discussion or expressing any opinions. As with any potential development of this nature what an applicant might subsequently propose in their formal planning application submission to NHC could change substantially. The Parish Council will wait to receive a formal consultation from NHC and will listen to the views of parishioners before agreeing its own response.
