Opportunity to register for shared ownership in Ashwell

First Garden Cities Homes have launched the first of their small number of Shared Ownership homes on the Ashwell development known as Senuna Park, located off Station Road, Ashwell.

First Garden Cities Homes are a local Registered Provider of affordable housing working on this occasion with the developer (Matthew Homes Limited) to bring forward 11 planning gain affordable homes.

The rented homes will be subject to the nominations process through North Hertfordshire Council.

Between Tuesday 25th March 19:00pm- Wednesday 26th March 11:30am a outbuilding burglary took place at Ashwell Street, Ashwell.

Offender(s) have broken into a large shed outbuilding by ripping the doors off the hinges, damaged 2x padlocks and have taken 2x off-road motorcycles.
