Please note the public consultation process has begun now and there will be introductory presentations given at the community forums in the district.
That relating to Ashwell will be next Monday 15 September at the Baldock and Villages Community Forum at the Community Centre in Simpson Drive, Baldock. It starts at 7.30 pm and the meeting will also include an update from Urban & Civic on Growing Baldock and contributions from the water companies about the local impacts of the development. The 4-unitary option involves taking Arbury ward and Royston out of a North Herts council and moving us into East Herts along with Royston. You can see more about the various options being considered on the website here: www.hertfordshire-lgr.co.uk
There are similar community forum meetings on 24 September in Royston and Letchworth which everyone is welcome to attend if the Baldock one isn't convenient.
