Erection of 12 dwellings with associated hard and soft landscaping, creation of vehicular access, public open space and children's play area.

T​he applicant was invited to the April Parish Council meeting. There was a short presentation and the opportunity for questions to be put and members of the public to express their views.

There will be a further meeting (also open to the public with an opportunity to speak), at the site, on Saturday 08 April at 10am when the Parish Council will agree its response to the NHC consultation.
