Re agenda item 59.1. Presentation by the agent working on behalf of Manor Oak Homes re their proposed planning application to NHC for residential development on land north of Ashwell Street (between the Ruddery and Lucas Lane).

We have had a message from the agent representing Manor Oak Homes stating that he has tested positive for Covid and will not be attending.

Their presentation will be postponed until the January meeting-Wed 4th.
